Construction management and coordination

What to settle early
Decisions on time
Most schedule slips come from decisions made late: finishes, equipment, signage. Our construction meetings and reports show which decisions are due and when.
Change orders
A change is priced and approved before it is built, so the budget stays known. Scope added mid-project is where budgets usually move; a clear process keeps it visible.
Close-out is part of the job
As-built information, warranties, manuals and the final inspections are gathered as the work finishes, not after.
Construction management is how Harrison runs every project: evaluate, implement, complete. The same meetings, reports and close-out process apply to a finish-out, a remodel and a ground-up building.
- Kick-off: schedule, communication plan and reporting
- Mobilization and construction meetings
- Trade coordination, safety and quality control
- Change management and budget reporting
- Punch list, documents and turnover

What a landlord, a lender and a franchise brand ask for first, with a ground-up division and a finish-out team under one roof.
Meetings, reports, changes priced first
Regular progress meetings and electronic project reports from the site visit to the punch list. A change is priced and approved before it is built.
How do you coordinate subcontractors and project schedules?
With a development schedule set in pre-construction, qualified subcontractors bid for each trade, regular construction meetings on site and electronic progress reports to the owner. Regular progress meetings keep each project staffed and on schedule.
How often will I hear from you?
Through regular progress meetings and project reports from the start of the project to its completion. Ask us for the reporting rhythm that suits your project.
How do you handle changes?
A change is priced and approved before it is built. We aim to be upfront about budgets, schedules and potential obstacles at every stage.
What happens during project closeout?
Attention to final details, the punch list finalized, the correct close-out documents gathered and the project finished on time and within the budget as the goal.
