We start with a site visit and the construction documents, plan the work and the schedule with the owner, and keep everyone informed with regular progress meetings and reports through the final punch list.

What is behind the walls and under the floor decides much of a remodel’s cost. The site visit and the original drawings, where they exist, are the starting point.
Staying open
Some remodels can be phased or scheduled around operating hours; others cannot. We plan that with you before pricing, so the schedule matches how your business runs.
Code upgrades
A remodel can trigger updates to accessibility, fire or health requirements. Finding them in pre-construction keeps them out of the change orders.

Often, with phasing and work scheduled around your hours; it depends on the scope and the space. We plan it with you before pricing, so you know what to expect.
Do you remodel restaurants?
Yes. Dining-room refreshes, kitchen changes and format conversions are part of our restaurant work.
Do you remodel retail stores and offices?
Yes. Retail, office and medical remodels are part of our commercial renovation work across Dallas–Fort Worth.
Will a remodel need a permit?
Most commercial remodels that change walls, utilities, storefronts or occupancy need a permit from the city. Permitting is part of our pre-construction services.
